Counselling and Emotional Support Programs

In-person and virtual free and pay-what-you-can professional counselling for people without insurance.
VAFCS provides affordable counselling and free emotional support sessions for Indigenous clients and individuals without insurance (for individuals aged 14 or older). The counseling package includes 12 sessions (virtual or in-person) of 50 minutes and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. During these sessions, clients will benefit from personalized therapeutic planning and goal-setting.
