A place for seniors to come and enjoy a wide range of activities from reading the papers, learning new skills, to cooking and exercising with their peers.
Frog Hollow empowers local residents in Hastings-Sunrise to improve the community together by providing ongoing programs and services, and by supporting various community initiatives. All seniors in the community are welcome to participate in activities in the lively space provided. Every day, Frog Hollow offers something for seniors to be social, healthy and engaged while promoting intergenerational activities. All generations are welcome to participate! Please come visit us and learn about the variety of special events and ongoing programs! Please refer to Frog Hollow's Seniors Programs Calendar (expandable at top of page) which is regularly updated for events, recurring activities and drop-in opportunities throughout the week, including:
