Indigenous Services, Services for Seniors, and Social / Recreational

A place for seniors to come and enjoy a wide range of activities from reading the papers, learning new skills, to cooking and exercising with their peers.
Frog Hollow empowers local residents in Hastings-Sunrise to improve the community together by providing ongoing programs and services, and by supporting various community initiatives. All seniors in the community are welcome to participate in activities in the lively space provided. Every day, Frog Hollow offers something for seniors to be social, healthy and engaged while promoting intergenerational activities. All generations are welcome to participate. Please come visit and learn about the variety of special events and ongoing programs.

If you are looking for the Social Prescribing (Community Connector) program to help navigate and connect you with services in the community, Frog Hollow can and will refer you to the appropriate location to access this resource.

All programs are offered at no cost, except for the TAPS program.
