- Baby Circle Time: For parents and caregivers, and children 0-36 months old. Rhymes, songs, and stories, in a group to develop language and early literacy.
- Baby Movement Time: For parents and caregivers, and children 0-12 months old. Stretches, movements, and rhymes designed to soothe and comfort infants.
- Infant Massage Group: For parents and caregivers, and children 0-12 months old. Learn massage techniques that soothes, develops a bond, and supports infant development.
- MOFP Drop-In Program: A safe social and playful learning environment for children 0-6 years old to build a foundation of social, emotional, creative, physical, and intellectual skills. The drop-in programs are intended to be stimulating and interactive while allowing children the freedom to play and express their creative spirit. It provides an opportunity for parents and caregivers to engage and explore with their children. Runs Monday - Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
- Dad and Me Drop-In: These sessions are specific to fathers and male-identifying caregivers. Breakfast is provided. Runs on Saturdays from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.
- Single Moms Drop-In: These sessions are specific to single mothers and female-identifying caregivers. Lunch is provided. Runs on Saturdays from 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm.
- Gentle Explorers at MOFP (GEM): These sessions are designed to be sensory supportive and neurodiverse-friendly. Runs on Mondays from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm. A limited number of spots are available each week and must be registered for on the same day between 8:00 am and 10:00 am.
