Provides support and employment opportunities to Métis people throughout BC.
The following career and employment services are offered:
- Industry Employment Coordinator: provides a variety of services to support you in finding a new career or transitioning out of a previous one, including resume review and editing, cover letter support, job matching and training opportunities.
- Spark Métis Skills & Employment: Participants will earn while they learn, receiving training and certifications, as well as mentorship and job placement. This program is for Métis persons aged 19-30 who have been out of work for at least 6 months. Detailed eligibility criteria and additional program information is available online.
A
membership is required to access the programs offered. A membership costs range from $25-$30 a person.
