SteadyFeet - Balance and Mobility Program - Older Adults

SteadyFeet balance and mobility group classes for older adults
SteadyFeet balance and mobility program for older adults will help:
  • increase confidence
  • improve functional mobility
  • increase lower body strength
  • improve balance
  • reduce fall risk

The classes are safe for participants with osteoporosis and other health conditions and participants can use their mobility aid (walker/cane) in class. Participants must be able to commit to 2 sessions per week for 8-10 weeks.

A referral is not required.
