Youth Concurrent Disorders Program

Provided by Fraser Health

A specialized program that supports children, youth and young adults aged 13-24 and their families and natural supports navigating both mental health and substance use challenges.
The Youth Concurrent Disorders Program (YCD) offers compassionate, culturally safe, and trauma-informed care across the Fraser Health region through holistic screening, tailored treatment planning, individual and group therapy, family support, and systems navigation. Services are delivered through outreach-based engagement. Clinicians meet youth where they are, physically and emotionally, and adapt responses to their unique circumstances and readiness for change.

The program also coordinates and connects clients to specialized Fraser Health services such as Early Psychosis Intervention, Eating Disorders, and Child and Youth Mental Health.
