Program reunites runaway youth looking to return home to their parents and/or guardians to regain long term support and stability.
Reunite Program Eligibility:
- Aged 16 - 25
- Left home and looking to return to parent and/or guardian
- No pending legal issues or CAS involvement where they currently are
- Due to health and safety concerns, there may be additional eligibility criteria for people who are pregnant
After a successful reunion is made, the program supports the reunited youth and their families in being connected with the appropriate services in their area for ongoing support. A one-month follow-up is conducted to offer any additional support that may be needed.
