- Individual assignments, process groups, & one-on-one counselling
- Complementary and alternative approaches such as music & art therapy, acupuncture, & healing energy practices
Admission Criteria:
- Shall be a minimum of 19 years of age. Note that Pregnant women will have a priority admission;
- Shall enter programming voluntarily with a commitment to self-discovery and seeking sustainable solutions to meet their recovery-based goals;
- Shall be medically stable;
- Shall be comfortable and respectful in a gender inclusive and 2SLGBTQQI+ community;
- Shall conduct all medical, dental, legal, or other appointments prior to admission to Pacifica Treatment Centre;
- Shall be able to understand and verbally communicate in English (for safety);
Cost: Clients on social assistance are covered by the Ministry of Social Development. Health authority out-patient counselling may be able to subsidize part of the treatment fee. Private and out-of-province clients are charged a one-time non-refundable administration fee of $500 or $250/day.
Private Clients: Privately funded clients attend a minimum of four weeks of treatment (to a maximum of 12 weeks when needed or possible). Clients are admitted on an ongoing basis as beds become available, joining an ongoing 12-week group.
