Provides addiction counselling for adults and youth, support groups, needle exchange, methadone maintenance, and withdrawal management.

- Opioid agonist treatment
- Withdrawal management (including home detox)
- Prevention education for youth
- The Tobacco Dependence Clinic provides counselling and pharmacological treatment for tobacco dependence
