Family Immunization Clinic for Complex Cases and/or New Immigrants

The clinic offers both pre-booked and walk-in appointments with an immunization nurse or doctor. Consultations with a doctor require a referral and a booked appointment. For patients who do not require a referral, please call the clinic at 604-875-3000 to book an appointment.
Patients should bring the following to their appointment:
- Name and date of birth
- Personal health number (PHN)
- Past immunization records
- Walk-in appointments are available in limited capacity and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. It is best to book an appointment ahead of time with the clinic's clerical staff.

Details: Patients and families can self-refer for appointments with an immunization nurse via telephone, email or by walking in to our clinic. Specialist doctor consultations and inpatient immunization appointments for patients staying overnight at BC Children's Hospital require a referral from a doctor, nurse practitioner or public health unit.
