- Free Counselling Program: The free counseling program offers access to our all Black team of culturally competent therapists free of charge for our funding recipients. Each recipient is provided with 10 free counseling sessions with a VBT&AF partner therapist. Funding recipients are allowed to choose their therapists when they are a part of this program as well. Applications for this specific program are available once a year and are available for a one month period.
- Low Cost Program: This program accepts participants on an ongoing basis, with spots being allocated based on order of application. The “pay what you can” sliding scale model ranges from $60-$120 for each session based on one’s financial bandwidth.
- Patient Navigation Services: Patient navigation services provide individuals with guidance on their mental health journey. The program is currently offered free of charge and may include help filling out applications, locating a therapist, getting connected with various organizations, finding resources (i.e. health, food, employment) and health care and social service navigation.
