Mobi Community Pass Program - Low Cost Bike Share

Provided by Vancouver Bike Share Inc.

This pass is offered at a low cost to individuals who may utilize e-bikes for easier and more accessible transportation within Vancouver.
What is Bike Share:
This service makes public bicycles available for shared use to individuals on a short-term basis. The bikes can be unlocked from one station and returned to any station in the system.

The Community Pass supports discounted 365-day Passes so that more people can enjoy the benefits of bike sharing.

Pass types include:
  • Classic Bike Pass
  • Classic & Ebike Pass
  • PWD Pass

Eligibility for Classic Bike Pass & Classic & Ebike Pass
- You may qualify for this pass if you have a:
  • Leisure Access Pass
  • Red Compass Card
  • Proof of Annual Income Less Than $27,000
  • Third-Party Referral from a Community Partner organization
  • A Persons With Disabilities Designation
Eligibility for PWD Pass
- You may qualify for this pass if you are 19 years or older and have any of the following:
  • Proof of disability assistance from the last 12 months
  • A tax return stating PWD assistance
  • A doctor’s note stating long-term disability
  • *The Red Compass Card does not qualify for this pass, as we can’t confirm PWD status through this method

Details: A referral is not necessary for participation. Applicants can also use the following methods to apply: – Leisure Access Pass – Red Compass Card – Greater Vancouver Food Bank Membership Card – Proof of Annual Income Less Than $27,000 – A Persons With Disabilities Designation (PWD tax credit from previous year, a recent disability income assistance receipt, or letter from healthcare practitioner)
