Provides education and tips on how to better manage COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) condition at home. Education includes medication review, breathing exercises, controlling shortness of breath and other information as required.

Services provided by the Community Respiratory Services department, providing in-home, rather than in-hospital, services.
