Three Bridges Community Health Centre works with community organizations and health care providers, such as your family doctor, to keep people and communities healthy.
Partner with community agencies (neighbourhood house, Community Centre, VSB strong starts etc) to support parents and program operators with child development, feeding, sleep, and infant care information.
Health information, education, and counselling in homes, preschools, and daycares for children aged 0-5 years. Child health clinics: routine infant immunizations, health information, counselling, and assessment of growth and development.
Public Health Nurses who work with families of school-aged children and with youth provide the following services:
