Support, parenting education, and mentoring for teen parents.
Young Parent Outreach program counsellors provide help to young parents to meet personal goals while encouraging healthy pregnancy and the development of their children.
In addition to personal support, the program also helps young parents acquire the infant supplies needed to care for a baby and connect them to other community resources that will prove helpful during their pregnancy and in raising their child.
