Healing Quest Counselling offers mental health counselling and EMDR therapy services for youth and adults. Trauma therapy services with a specialization in Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD), childhood developmental trauma, and intergenerational trauma. My approach to healing incorporates evidenced-based methods such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness, Yogic Breathwork, and more.
Registered provider with First Nation Health Authority (ie., direct billing to FNHA for Indigenous clients with no cost to those clients). For Indigenous clients seeking funding through FNHA, Healing Quest Counselling applies on their behalf online. It’s a simple process that requires a few pieces of information (name, address, birthdate, status number) and takes a week or two for approval. Clients are typically approved for 22 - 62 hours depending on the channel of funding they are approved for.
