Free counselling for ICBC injuries and indigenous individuals.
Provides free-of-charge counselling to Indigenous clients (through the First Nations Health Authority) and individuals involved in a motor vehicle accident (through ICBC).
How to Access:
- Indigenous clients have access to free counselling through the First Nations Health Authority. We only need the clients name, date of birth and status number. From there we can submit a pre determination and subsequent payment submissions through Pacific Blue Cross.
- ICBC clients are separate; this population includes anyone injured in a motor vehicle accident and that has an open claim through ICBC. Injured parties have access to counselling and other paramedical services through ICBC as part of their treatment and recovery.
