Vital Connections - Counselling for Older Adults

Free confidential counselling for all people 50+ in the New Westminster area.
Counselling support for adults over age 50 who are experiencing challenges related to life transitions, depression, anxiety, isolation, relationship issues, grief and loss, trauma, and/or health issues. Vital Connections includes arts-based, somatic, cognitive, and psychoeducational approaches to healing. Support is offered in person and online. This program support seniors struggling with:
  • Life transitions and finding new meaning
  • Bereavement and loss
  • Loneliness
  • Depression and anxiety
  • Declining health
  • Family/relationship difficulties
  • Trauma
