Tummy Talks brings the experts to the comfort of your home by connecting prenatal experts in their field with expectant parents, for free! The organization's mandate is to bring pregnancy and newborn resources to parents-to-be in order to help educate and prepare them for the new and exciting phase in their life.

This two-part prenatal series for expectant parents in British Columbia will help you prepare for labour and birth.

Additionally, Tummy Talks has regular offerings of other free online classes to help expecting and new parents. These are offered on specific dates, so please check the Tummy Talks homepage for new dates for these classes, and register there. Topics for these online classes include breastfeeding education, infant first aid coaching, pelvic health and postpartum recovery, early pregnancy and the trial of labour after caesarean (TOLAC).
