- Supportive Housing: Operates 400+ units of supportive housing for men and women in Metro Vancouver.
- Enrichment Programs: Brings people together for enriching activities that range from camping adventures to music and art.
- Meals Program: The meal program serves a hot lunch, snacks, fruit, tea, and coffee daily.
- Recovery Café: At the Café facilitator led recovery circles. Whether in crisis, newer to recovery, in long-term recovery, after a relapse, during a difficult life change, or mental health transition, the Café is there as a refuge of support, care and community.
- SEED Training: Supports individuals who may have barriers to traditional employment. The program participants acquire the practical skills and confidence needed to transition from unemployment to meaningful paid supported employment.
- Health Clinic: On-site Health Clinic provides access to a Registered Nurse. They also provide a safe, and non-judgmental place to get medical help.
- Advocacy: They advocate for and support the people who come to them for help resolving a conflict or navigating a crisis.
- Outreach: The Kettle’s Homeless Outreach Program (HOP) is open to anyone who is experiencing homelessness, or is at risk of homelessness.
- ID Bank: ID bank assists low income, homeless, and/or marginally housed individuals in obtaining as well as safely storing ID.
- Women's Lounge: The women’s lounge provides a safe place of refuge and social connection for those who identify as women.
- Personal Care Services: Personal care services are for individuals facing homelessness. They include but are not limited to: hot showers, laundry facilities, haircuts, and clothing alterations.
- Computer Room: Provides internet access and printing.
- Clothing Closet: A place where people can find clothing and shoe donations from the community.
