Leisure Access Program (LAP) - Vancouver
Financial and Social / Recreational
Provided by City of Vancouver
- Individuals who receive income assistance
- Individuals who are a client of a non-profit or government agency, who can provide referrals
- Asylum seekers or temporary foreign workers
- Families with a child or children up to 17 years old who have a disability (eligible for the Child Disability Benefit)
- Families with children up to age 18 who have a member that qualifies for the Disability Tax Credit
- Individuals and families who are residents of Vancouver with low-income and do not receive income assistance and cannot be referred.
- Individuals receiving Employment Insurance (EI) Benefits
