Condition Specific Support and Mental Health - Adult & Senior

Support groups for individuals suffering from Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD).
The GI Society hosts free IBD support group meetings for patients and their families to come together in an open and friendly environment.

Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) Group: A support group is held on the third Wednesday of each month via Zoom at 7:00 pm PT. Click here to RSVP.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) Facebook Group: This support group is a safe space to discuss IBS. Members are encouraged to share updates about their condition, post relevant memes, and exchange fundraising ideas related to the GI Society. The group is open to anyone in Canada living with IBS or supporting someone who is. Click here to join.
