Provides programs and services for Seniors to meet the needs of our Kensington Cedar Cottage neighbours. Everyone 55+ years is welcome!
Programs Offered:
Supper Club: Provides a hot, balanced, nutritious meal program for seniors in our community. Registration is required. Cost: $10.00
Adult Day Program: Provides supportive, culturally inclusive health, social stimulation, and therapeutic recreation to older adults with physical and/or cognitive challenges who live in the community by themselves or with caregivers. Cost: $10 per day includes program, meal, and HandyDART fare
Games and Crafts: Offers a casual afternoon of games and crafts with other seniors in our community.

Tea Time: Provides a cup of coffee or tea to socialize with other seniors in our community.
Wellness Workshops: Provides informational presentations and workshops by community members and organizations.
