A multicultural community centre that provides programs and services to promote health, well-being, and independent lifestyles for adults ages 55 and over.
South Granville Seniors Centre is a non-profit, drop-in community centre for seniors located in Granville/Fairview. The centre offers a wide range of social, educational, recreational programs and provides information and referral services in English and Spanish.

Programs include:
  • Fitness: Fitness programs such as a walking club, osteoarthritis fitness, yoga, gentle stretch and strength training, get up and go, and tai chi.
  • Health Services: Health care services such as foot care ($55), massage therapy ($40), and hair care ($20).
  • Arts: Various programs such as singing groups, knitting circle, and an art studio.
  • Lunch Programs: Social meals offered weekly.
  • Educational Programs: Various education based programs such as digital literacy, brain games, english classes.
  • Social Programs: Various programs meant for socialization including bridge, book club, and conversation groups.
  • Spanish Outreach Program: The Spanish Outreach Program offers weekly activities in Spanish for seniors 55+. It is directed mainly toward vulnerable Spanish-speaking seniors providing a safe and inclusive space where they can connect, make friends, support each other, and participate as volunteers.


An annual membership of $25 provides a discount for most services.
