HIV/AIDS Support Programs - Vancouver

Provides quality health care support to people affected by HIV/AIDS living in the Lower Mainland
Programs Offered:
  • Community Case Management: Program provides information, support, and care coordination for clients and their families. AIDS Vancouver's Case Managers work to meet unique needs through assessment and care planning
  • HIV Prevention Case Management: Supports and empowers people navigating sex, substance use and HIV prevention - the HPCM team works one-on-one to address your concerns and needs.
  • Supplementary Grocery Program: Addresses food security issues that clients experience
  • Financial Assistance Fund: Provides people with HIV/AIDS who face unexpected financial hardship, with concrete assistance.
  • Friends of May: Pairs passionate volunteers with older adults living with HIV/AIDS, and offers the chance for cross-generational sharing of knowledge, experiences, activism, companionship and fun.
  • Peer Navigation Program: Offers clients support in gaining knowledge and developing HIV self-management strategies. Program also provides important information clients will need to achieve their goals while living with HIV through supportive discussions.
