Legal Advice - Trans and Gender Diverse

A virtual clinic providing free legal and wellness services to trans and gender-diverse residents of B.C.
Services offered include:
- Help with updating legal name and gender marker
- Answer questions about identification (ID) updates
- Assist with updating passports, BC Service Cards, and driver’s licenses
- Provide financial support for some ID update costs
- Offer a one-time appointment to discuss legal issues
- Provide guidance on what steps to take next
Services are free and available to all trans and gender-diverse residents of BC regardless of status. At this time, all appointments are virtual only, via Zoom. Please visit the website to request an appointment.
