Counselling - Vancouver

Provides free counselling to women in need in Vancouver.
Provides counselling services on Monday and Wednesday afternoons. All appointments are 45-60 minutes long. They can help through a broad range of issues including:
  • Identity issues
  • Lack of motivation
  • Life events and transitions
  • Self-esteem
  • Stress management
  • Childhood trauma
  • Sexual/emotional/physical abuse
  • Suicidal thoughts
  • Anger management
  • Anxiety and panic
  • Body image/disordered eating
  • Depression
  • Family or relationship issues
  • Childhood trauma, family of origin issues
  • Grief and loss
