Sea to Sky Palliative Care Program (Squamish)

End of Life Care / Palliative Care, Home Health Care, and Pain Management

Provided by Vancouver Coastal Health

Provides comfort and quality of life care for people living with life-limiting illness and their families
Services are provided in the home, the hospice, hospital or care facility depending on the stage of illness and the client’s needs.

A team of health professionals provides physical and emotional support, information on services and care options, and teaches families how to provide or assist with care.
