CII offers support to visible minorities with ethno-cultural barriers, by assisting in the settlement, adjustment, and integration process.
CII assists African immigrants to acquire the skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to assimilate into Canadian culture. The program works to reduce dependence on government assistance.
