Provide education and support to people living with diabetes.
Diabetes education centres in Fraser Health provide education and support to people living with diabetes, their family members and the community.

Classes and individual counselling sessions address many topics including healthy eating, blood glucose testing, exercise, weight management and staying healthy while living with diabetes. Referral required from a health professional.

Services are available for those with Type 1, Type 2 and gestational diabetes as well as pre-diabetes (impaired fasting glucose or glucose intolerance).

They clinics may offer appointments in clinic, on line or telephone appointments.
