Adapted recreation classes for individuals living with physical disabilities such as cerebral palsy.
The following programs are offered:
  • Adapted Yoga: Virtual adapted yoga offers a safe, calm environment for people with physical disabilities to practice meditative breathing and movement. This is a free, inclusive program. Family members and caregivers are welcome! To register, call 604-408-9484, or email programs@bccerebralpalsy.com
  • Adapted Dance: Dance Without Limits is available through Zoom! Enjoy dance and movement safely in your own home. This class is for all ages with various disabilities to have fun while exploring dance, creative movement and games. This is a free, inclusive program. Family members and caregivers are welcome! To register, call 604-408-9484, or email programs@bccerebralpalsy.com.
  • Movement Therapy: The classes aims to support people with different levels of CP and other disabilities. Members from anywhere in BC and of all ages are welcome! Program held through Zoom. Registration required.
  • Program Calendar: Other programs such as meditation and peer support are offered virtually as well. Check out the program calendar for a full list of programs and times.
