Transition Planning for Youth & Young Adults - For youth with developmental disabilities

Provides support services to youth with developmental disabilities and their families as they transition to adulthood.
This program is for youth and young adults aged 16-24 years old living with a developmental disability and eligible for help from Community Living BC after age 19.

Services to Adults with Developmental Disabilities (STADD) navigators act as a single point of contact and help to coordinate plans that include an individual’s goals and decisions, find government and community services, and bring together a support network of people who can support the youth’s transition into adulthood.
